After we have completed the investigation of a supposedly haunted location we look and listen to all of the data we collected. All of the data that lives up to our scrutiny will be considered authentic proof of some kind of paranormal activity. We then present our findings to the client privately and discretely.
Another one of the many objectives of S.P.A.I.D. is data preservation and equipment maintenance. We save data in several formats. Be it computer hard-drive, scrapbook, or audio CD, we catalog everything to ensure the data survives for possible future use. Our specialized equipment is the key to a successful investigation. Keeping up with the latest technology and keeping our current equipment in pristine condition ensures efficient and accurate data collection which in turn guarantees the success of the overall mission.
At S.P.A.I.D., we take pride in our professionalism. We want the client to be as comfortable as possible. If the client is happy it creates a positve atmosphere making the investigation go smoother. Also, usually the client will be confused and afraid with what is happening around him/her. It is our civic duty to provide a calming aura so that the client's mind can be put at ease. If we can provide a possible explanation for the occurences then our job is done.
